1. Who we are
This policy covers the Form Armour website at armour.hyperpixel.com.au, run by Hyperpixel Studio (ABN 75 953 063 679), Queensland, Australia. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us at support@hyperpixel.com.au.
2. What we collect
- Visits: if you allow analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, referring sites, countries and browser types in aggregate. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify you. You can turn it off in Cookie settings, and it starts off if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
- Hosting and security: Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To do that and to protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes each request, including your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. See section 3.
- Contact form: when you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic and message. The message is stored in a database on Cloudflare and sent to our support inbox through Brevo, our email delivery service. To stop abuse, we also keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, and your browser type. We use it only to reply and provide support.
- Email: when you email us, we receive your address and anything you choose to send, and use it to reply and provide support.
- Purchases and trials: buying Pro or starting a trial happens through Freemius, which sells Pro for us. Freemius collects the billing and licence details it needs and shares with us what we need to support you, such as your name, email and licence. See Freemius's privacy policy.
The site's fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not contact Google.
3. Hosting by Cloudflare
This website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which serves the pages from a location near you and filters out attacks and abusive traffic before it reaches the site. Cloudflare handles the technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site, and keeps that information under its own privacy policy. If its security checks need to tell a person from a bot, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie, explained on the Cookies page. Cloudflare also provides the cookieless analytics described above.
4. The plugin on your site
Form Armour runs on your WordPress site, not ours. It sends no form contents, visitor data or usage statistics to us. Its statistics stay in your database, and it stores no form contents or raw IP addresses. Licences and updates use Freemius in anonymous mode, with no usage-tracking opt-in. If you use Turnstile mode (Pro), your site sends verification tokens to Cloudflare under your own Cloudflare account. As the site owner, you are responsible for telling your visitors about the plugin's session cookie and any Turnstile use.
5. How we use it
To answer you, provide support and licences, keep the site secure, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
6. Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and Pro: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics and contact form storage), Brevo (delivering contact form messages), Freemius (sales, licences and payments) and our email provider. Cloudflare and Freemius are based in the United States and Brevo in France, so information may be handled there. We share information with others only if the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Support emails and contact form messages are kept while they are useful for helping you, and deleted when no longer needed. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Analytics is aggregate and holds no personal information.
8. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@hyperpixel.com.au. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
